CROP Hunger Walk

CROP WALK was a success! Neither rain or cold kept Dorothy, Myrna and Adolph from participating in the Walk.  Bob and Barb cheated a bit, but took lots of groceries to the Hampshire/Burlington Food Pantry on their golf cart.   As always the members of St. John's were more than generous and donated $2,000.00.   As of last week total raised from participating churches was over $6,000.00.   Approximately $1,500.00 from St. John’s will be donated to the Hampshire/Burlington food pantry.  The remaining funds will be sent to Church World Services to help end hunger one step at a time.

Bless all and thank you for your support and generosity.  -Barb Christ

M.O.R.E Center ---Thank You!

We had a total of 85 dinner kits that were purchased which is a very nice way to make Thanksgiving a Happy Day for so many..

To date (11-25-18) we have a total of 19 poinsettias ordered.  We will be getting them on December 15th.  They can be taken home on Christmas Eve, December 30th or into the New Year...your decision.

Thanks for adding beauty to the church.
